On Wednesdays, I babysit a group of kids so their mother’s can fellowship/Bible study. Today, Marcus who looks like the kid above…insisted I call him “Bagel.” I don’t get it either…then he threw a couple tantrums and, gave me a hug before I rushed to class. Must be love.

Rest in Peas.

After our psychology of eating disorder lecture, Hilai (pronounced HAY-LIE) and I went on a hunt for food. I know that sounds crazy-ironic, but theres something about that class that maximises my appetite’s attention into a hungry caterpillar. Anyways, we were about to dear- I -say binge on some bbq from korea….

But, THE UCSD Stitching Club booth (they stitch things and sell them to support cancer// sounds like my kind of grandma club!) caught the apple of my eye! And, I picked up these pretty little peas. My reaction can be crossed with both a mother who finds her squishy child or, the first person that discovered the joy of fluffy animals. Either way, Hilai gave me her normal condolences about my obsessive disorders, and I fondly disregarded them -of course. I then handed over some sum of green treasures, and the remainder of my day will rest with peas.
